You’ll gain hands‑on client experience, access future‑focused learning programs and a supportive network of colleagues, mentors and leaders, with high performers often considered for permanent graduate roles after they finish their degree. To be eligible, you’ll need to be graduating in 2027 and be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident, and you can expect an application process that includes an online application, possible job simulation and interview or recruitment day, so applying early is recommended as roles may fill before the closing date.
